HOW IT WORKS

01

CONSOLIDATION

The end-to-end client relationship regarding all things invoicing and collections in one place, arming employees with the information they need to coordinate and act.

02

DASHBOARDS

The metrics that drive working capital health are front and center not only for accountants but for all employees. They can check the dashboard to know the project’s financial health before client meetings to determine if they need to discuss project payments or consider putting the project on hold.

03

STRATEGIC INSIGHTS

Using predictive analytics, firm leadership can track payment patterns to proactively identify cash flow issues and solve them.

04

AUTOMATION

Fragmented processes become more efficient under one solution. Simple, repeatable, and redundant processes can be streamlined to reduce manual efforts and reduce the contract-to-cash time.

Samantha Tran is a second-year full-time MBA candidate at the Tepper School of Business. Samantha started her career in public accounting as an auditor. Through evaluating various companies’ accounting systems, she started to notice the manual processes of accounting departments and developed an understanding of the back-office processes of a professional services organization. Samantha then joined Convoy, a startup transforming the trucking industry with technology. Being at a fast-paced and disruptive startup sharply contrasted with her experience in the traditional industry of public accounting, which inspired her to look into solving complex business problems with technology. She spent the past summer interning with Amazon Web Services as a Program Manager and is currently a Strategy and Analytics Associate at an early-stage private aviation startup.
